With more than 17 years of experience in local real estate, Ted Ufland's professionalism and market knowledge set him apart. He puts his extensive business background to work, helping clients feel at ease as they navigate one of the most significant financial transactions of their lives.

The foundation of Ted's business is built on integrity, commitment and providing exceptional customer experiences. Subsequently, he works mostly by referral, a testament to the strong relationships he's made and successful transactions closed.

Ted represents traditional residential sellers and buyers, in addition to commercial real estate clients, investors, and first time home buyers. He is actively involved in the brokerages long established First Time Buyer Seminar that educates and offers tips and strategies on the buying process.

Ted was born and raised in Boston and holds a degree in Social Work from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Prior to real estate, Ted held a management role at a local photo lab. He and his wife reside on the South Shore where they enjoy golfing, family get togethers, reading, and cheering on their 5 grandchildren at their soccer, softball and basketball games.
