This was the motivation and the challenge that was guiding Gioulianna when she decided to become a journalist. Gioulianna was born in Albania to a small family, where she learned that life has no sense without peace, dreams and building good relationships. As a child she thought that peace is family, dream is traveling and you make a lot of friends if you are famous. Gioulianna grew up and found out that her mission was not only traveling, nor just peace, but bigger - to communicate, work with people and for people, serving their needs, and encouraging them to follow their dreams, their hearts and intuition. She believes that it is the possibility of making dreams come true that makes life so beautiful and interesting.

Her first childhood dream, being a reporter, came true. For almost 10 years, Gioulianna worked as a reporter for the most famous television and newspaper in Albania, Top Channel and Gazeta Shqip. She was leading the Albanian Journalists Association for 3 years in the Korca region. Her first poems were published when she was just 13 years old and since then Gioulianna has been trying to invest every single day on her passion - writing books, researches, articles and chronicles and reporting.

Gioulianna has a B.A. in Journalism. She graduated in Bucharest, Romania in Journalism and Mass Communication Sciences. I speak English, Albanian, Romanian, Greek and Italian.

Gioulianna belives that the key to success is dictated by the love and dedication for the profession. Being in Real Estate was a big change in her career and as most professions it is guided by the fundamental rule that achieving success in the business means to work for the people's best interest. As a real estate agent, Gioulianna appreciates her clients needs and expectations. She always tell the truth, demonstrates her market knowledge and tries to make the process simple and efficient by offering the best advice and expertise.
