Lauren Small has built over a twenty-year career for Fortune 500 organizations and customers. She is a seasoned professional in nonprofit, corporate operations and relationship management. Lauren has a proven record of accomplishment in executing complex programs, collaborating with open communication and delivering exceptional service.
With a lifelong passion for real estate, Lauren took the opportunity that the pandemic provided to explore a new career path, and has now joined the Chuck Silverston Team full time. As a real estate investor herself, Lauren has hands-on insight and knowledge of the process and thrives on building unwavering client relationships, offering resourceful solutions while exceeding their expectations.

Raised in Randolph and a current resident of South Brookline, Lauren holds a Bachelors in Public Communication and Masters in Comparative and Regional Studies; Middle East from American University. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys to cook, travel, read and spend time with family and friends. Fun fact: She makes a mean meatball and knows the best bar pie pizza in MA. (Be sure to ask her which one’s her favorite.)
